DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed.

Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
The philosophy and principles of tuina massage are based on traditional Chinese medicine, which focuses on emotional and physical components of a person’s well-being, as well as aspects such as climate, relationships, and diet.

The underlying philosophy of tuina massage is that true health is achieved when one has found harmony and balance inside the self and their environment.

The goal of tuina massage is to create harmony in the yin and yang of the body by getting rid of blockages and disturbances that manifest as illness, disease, and emotional issues.
SWEDISH RELAXATION MASSAGE
Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. It’s sometimes called a classic massage. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension.
Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

Swedish massage may loosen up tired muscles caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising. It can be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their:
-
lower back
-
shoulders
-
neck
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy.” According to this belief, qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks qi.
Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body.In Chinese medicine, different body parts correspond with different pressure points on the body. Reflexologists target points in the feet, hands, and ears to determine where they should apply pressure.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE
Just like your neck, back, and shoulders, your feet can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger points are hyper-irritable taut bands located in muscle and connective soft tissue. They will often feel like “knots”. They may form in muscles which have been overused due to poor posture creating muscle tension and muscle shortening.
HEAD MASSAGE
Head Massage can also help to improve your overall sense of wellbeing, which in turn may also help to lower raised blood pressure and relieve anxiety. The relaxing affect of Head Massage can have a positive effect on your sleep, by encouraging deeper, more restful sleep and helping to reduce insomnia.
